As you point out, it isn't always wrong. My concern is it showed him doing it on several throws. And I'm not worried that he won't find second or third receivers, just that if he constantly does it then it is something opposing defenses will pick up.

Yes. He still locks onto one receiver and forces it to that one guy sometimes.
