and Heisman dark horse manage to squeak out a win at the MUCH feared Romney Stadium where giants such as Wake Forest have been fallen?

I am pretty sure i saw Chuckie had a QBR of 70. I got to think he as fallen to maybe 10th in the Heisman race ?
