you have no place tell me what my reason is. That's not even close. Obviously it's not everyone, but I said "too many." It's nothing against the church. Just cultural habits.

But yes, many do and sound VERY scripted, regardless of denomination.

However, to your point of being "used to" them, (which was absolutely not true about me), that's another great reason for people to hear it from Devon. Something different than what they hear every day.
To see how similar we are rather than people always focusing on how different we are. That we're united as Christians rather than different in little specifics of each denomination. Maybe nice for some people to hear who are surrounded totally by other Mormons every day. Just thought.
