Hannemann hasn't dropped a punt yet right? I don't agree with all his choices. He fair catches deep a lot and seems very pro-risk, but he isn't killing us with mistakes in punt returns...kickoff returns (on the other hand) are brutal.

Carter isn't fumbling, but if your ceiling is 3-4 yards, those might be wasted plays. We need to run to set up the pass (See the break out touchdown drive that made it 20-10). After Bernard and Mangum goofed the exchange on the read run, I think the coaches wanted to be 'safe' and Carter got more reps.
