Are all toothpastes and brushes created equal?

I've always used the cheap stuff. My dental health is not great. Do you get more for paying more? What's the best toothpaste?

Do electric brushes clean better than manual? Is there one brush, electric or manual, that stands out more than others?

I use the Sonicare and there is a huge difference.

No question electric brushes are better. And of them, Sonicare is the best.
