Any suggestions on how to fix it? It is IE, Firefox and Chrome are not much better. I did a little searching and someone said to delete the iTunes program. I don't have it on my computer. Would a Windows upgrade help? I have hit the frustrated stage. It wastes too much time waiting for it to come back. I deleted some programs today to try to improve it. It seems a little better so far.

Anyone else seeing the same thing.
