The first two are coming off injuries. Maybe we want them to stay healthy.
I'm sure they have a pitch count in mind to try and ease them in and minimize the risk of re-injury.
As for Burt, I'm sure his blitz pickup is far below where it needs to be and there have been suggestions he needs work on ball security.
