Speaking of...
I watched that sequence on the ESPN replay, then watched it on the BYUTV replay. The BYUTV replay had much better views. I wonder if the guys in the booth were getting both views?

And, after seeing the better views on the BYUTV replay, I'm not surprised they let the call stand. On the ESPN replays, you could hardly see anything happening. On the BYUTV replays, you could see Takitaki lunge at the QB. It was a minimal lunge, and he was leading more with his shoulder, but the lunge was directed upward at the upper chest/chin level. Since he was leading with his shoulder instead of his hands, and it was directed towards the upper part of the body, I'm not surprised they didn't overturn it. I still don't agree with it, but I understand it.
