Every year. But give BYU 5+ years in a P5 conference and I can't see how our recruiting/depth wouldn't improve enough to make us conference contenders.

I hate saying this but look at Utah's history in the Pac-12. Decent first year, two losing seasons, a good year last year, and now 4-0 #5 in the nation and a good chance to win the South division. Their depth is improved due to improved recruiting IMO.
