- Instead of attaching a resume with their job submission (as our website specifically asks) they tend to attach a link to an online resume. Usually the link doesn't work or they link to a file download site that doesn't work. How about take 3 seconds and just attach the resume like the instructions say?

- They think money grows on trees. The millenials in our office are always wanting us to sponsor this or donate to some cause.

- They miss work quite often without explanation or notice. At least non-millenials call in ahead with lame excuses.

- They love titles. Give them a title and they are happy for a day or two and then they want huge raises.
