I've been there once and will never go back. The sauce was runny, my side order was awful and the ribs were average, at best. People love to rave about the brisket, but who cares if that's the only thing they do well. Last time I was in Kansas, I went to 3-4 random BBQ joints that would all put Bam Bams to shame.
