Isn't the style of BBQ different?
I've never been to Kansas so maybe the BBQ there is similar to Texas BBQ but I know the BBQ in Tennessee is worlds different.
The BBQ I had in Ten was awesome, Kreuz Market in Lockhart TX was incredible too but it's so tough to compare the 2 types of BBQ because of how different they are. BTW, I think Bam Bams in very comparable to Kreuz Market and Kreuz Market has been fingered by foodies as possibly the best BBQ in the USA.
Again, not saying Bam Bams is better than places in Kansas, I just have to wonder if it is even really the same genre of food. I am honestly curious about that.
