I wouldn't be surprised if that never happened all of last year. Just one pre-season game - against the embarrassment that is the Lakers, but the impact of Burks and the improvement of Hood should proved to be substantial upgrades for this year's team over last year. Burke's 15 points and Lyles showing some scoring punch are encouraging, but probably more of an anomaly. The combination of Withey and Pleiss should be just fine to take 5-12 minutes a game spelling Gobert and Favors.
Hard not to be excited about the Jazz this season. I think my biggest concern is Burke starting and playing big minutes at the point. If I were Snyder, I'd be tempted to just start a no PG lineup of Burks, Hood, Hayward, Favors and Rudy.
