On the INT Mangum threw in the end zone, Carter was WIDE OPEN down the sideline
His defender had come up to get to Mangum and left Carter ALL alone. The only defender that had a play on him was the one who intercepted the pass in the end zone. Carter may not have scored but would have got inside the 10 easily.
