Tanner gets another year in the offense. Remember Young had to watch Montana from the sidelines for years. Heck, redshirt Tanner if necessary. If Taysom wants to be QB at BYU, I see no reason why we'd say the guy who started the last 3 years shouldn't be able to compete for and likely win that job. Tanner's great and will only get better. I don't see a risk of him transferring and losing a year of eligibility if THill comes back.
