With the new playoff and improved access -Baylor, TCU & Utah are all in national

playoff discussion right not...that NEVER happens 5 years ago - there is less motivation for a coach to leave a place they are having great success to go to a program with similar access. G5 coaches will still move, but there are less and less "plum jobs" like there used to be.
