1. TCU or Baylor makes the playoff this year and the Big12 commit to staying at 10 teams until TV contract expires in 10 or so years.
2. Boise joins with us and is last game of the year. AAC would be far stronger than MWC, Conf USA etc at that point.
3. They give us a TV deal similar to what Boise has with MWC. (They reportedly made more than us last year in TV)
4. Full partnership. Big improvement in bball.
5. We have an easy out clause if a P5 comes calling. Also the SEC, Big10 etc still consider is P5 as they do now. This is likely seeing as other teams like Air Force are now getting the same consideration.
