Bronco may be putting that expectation on himself, but in reality, we just don't

know. He may have decided that in order to compete, you have to be who the University represents, at the "highest level".

So even though Rose skirts that, he can, because he's not running the most visible program of the University. BYU football on the other hand, you may not be able to avoid that. Who knows...
