Both are generally wrong. Utah is not run the church now, but there are ties to the church, including a Mormon coach, players, students, fans, etc. And as much as people like to poke fun at them for being drunk, rude, etc---they have more Mormons attend their school than the vast majority of universities around the country.

This is why we need to stop trying to attack Utah on the cultural front. I don't like it when Ute fans do it, so why should I do it in return? Isn't that basically saying it is OK to make these sort of attacks?

I don't want people attacking what I believe, so I am not going to attack what they do from a belief/cultural standpoint, no matter how different my views might be. I know it isn't easy to take it and not give it back in return, but doing so is what shows strength.

Now straight up talking sports, that's another story and is fair game
