I'll paint a clearer picture.
Coupling a WR and a QB on the same team isn't a big deal.
I bet if we look for a correlation between good games and bad games for a pair, we wouldn't find much of one.
In the same week, we saw the following:
Matt Ryan has a slightly subpar game.
Julio Jones has a terrible game that doesn't even rank in the top 50 for his position for the week.
Leonard Hankerson has his best game of the year which is around top 5 for the week at his position.
