It really doesn't matter that Beau is a freshman is still figuring it out. Our Defense should be able to hold a 17 point lead to end that game.

I loved seeing Tanner limp into the game and lead a game winning TD drive. It was fun and interesting. However, he NEVER should have been in that position. He should have healed on the sidelines while Beau and the offense got an occasional first down before punting and the D held strong to the lead.

The Defense failed. Thankfully Tanner gutted it out and saved their bacon this week. I hope Inside BYU Football has a nice long segment where most of the defense personally thanks Tanner for saving them from a loss that would be 100% on them.
