The scheme fit is more college to nfl. During the draft ull hear a lot about what technique a guy projects best and teams draft for need, my personal feelings are college coaches are adamant about their off/def alignments and will find the best place for a recruit. Don't know for sure but based on the 3-4 expectations and size requirements of the nose and DT I'd be surprised if more than 30% of high schools ran a 3-4. Gotta have 2 giants on the D line to prevent blockers getting to ur MLBs. But college and nfl teams have made a living using that scheme. It's linebacker focused and seems like BYUs best Def position most years is LB. Just a thought
