So I am a little late in posting but wanted to share my experiences from this weekend. Living in Canada I don't get s lot of chances to see BYU live so this was my one and only football game I will get to go to this season. Here are a few thoughts.

Game was incredible, loved the atmosphere, the offensive outpouring and of course seeing Tanner come back and leading the team on a game winning drive.

From now on I will make sure I say an extra prayer for the health of Tanner. Could not believe the difference in his series and the series that Hoge was in. No disrespect to Hoge but Tanner is not a typical freshman and Hoge is. Let's give Hoge some game time vs Wagner and hope that Tanner stays healthy all year.

The ECU fans were incredibly classy. Ever since hearing how awesome Nebraska fans were to us I made it a goal to go out of my way to welcome visiting fans to Provo. First chance I had was Friday at temple square in salt lake. Chatted with a couple who had never been to Utah and were super impressed and excited by how beautiful it was and how nice people were.

I also had several fans at my hotel and they also said the same thing both before and after the game. BYU impress them with its beauty and with the class of our fans.

I sure do miss having my season tickets after this weekend, but I left feeling pretty good about the team and about our fans.
Cant wait til next year. Go Cougars.
