I know this doesn't directly answer your question, but Cincinatti's offense
isn't necessarily as good as everyone is saying. They do have a good offense, but most of the offenses we've faced so far this year are just as good or even better (though that's probably more of an indication of our tough schedule so far than it is of Cincinnati's offense). Here's how their S&P+ ratings compare to other teams we've faced so far:

19 UCLA
39 Nebraska
40 East Carolina
46 Michigan
*47 Cincinnati
73 Boise State
113 Connecticut

Looking at this they are about on par with Nebraska, East Carolina, and Michigan in terms of how good their offense is. That being said, their style of offense is one that we've historically struggled against so they still may be a handful. East Carolina put up 38 points against us and wouldn't be surprised if Cincinnati puts up similar numbers. Holding to somewhere in the 28-31 point range wouldn't be that surprising to me either.

Defensively Cincinnati is probably the worst team we will have faced thus far. Here's how they compare to the other teams on our schedule:

1 Michigan
22 Boise State
35 UCLA
53 Nebraska
74 Connecticut
86 East Carolina
108 Cincinnati

If Tanner is good to go on Friday then I think we can score another 40+ points this game and should be able to win comfortably. If he is unable to go then that's where things become a lot more questionable. With a healthy Mangum I'm going to predict that BYU ends up winning this game on Friday by a score of 45-31. Without a healthy Mangum I'm not sure quite what to expect.
