And that was with the RB as it is right now... I don't ever see byu giving them a new pool- one was approved (a whole new Richards building, total cost about $18million) about 10 years ago, but samuelson jumped it with his science building, and ever since then the administration has "unintentionally"placed other buildings around campus ahead of a new Richards building. They don't want to do a new RB because the school would have to pay for most of it instead of the AD because it would be used primarily by students/faculty, etc.
