Look at Michigan as a great example of that. They are one of the top 5 jobs in

college football and yet they still struggled to replace Lloyd Carr. The positive thing for them is that they were willing to spend the money to get top talent (Dr. Hill is not) and they have the name recognition and alumni base to get buzz and interest (Utah does not).
