Cooper has a lot going for it: US made, great warranty, great price, and great reviews by actual off-roaders. I've fitted the Load Range E version on both my Suburban and Discovery (I need the sidewall strength for rock crawling and puncture protection), and I'll put the same Load Range E on my 2500HD (but for weight capacity this time).
If any version is available for your minivan, it will be the "P" which essentially means it "looks good" but the sidewall is weak. This is great for passenger cars (lighter, better MPG), but horrible for off-road vehicles (easy to split a sidewall).
