No they aren't

They are #87 in S&P+, #66 in Sagarin, and #60 in Massey and the Massey composite. They aren't good. They definitely have a very good shot at beating us, because they are a tough matchup for us given their strengths and our weaknesses, but they aren't good. They're decent at best.
