Here's a recipe I just shared on Facebook
Had a FB friend, who is also a CBer, ask me for my Asian Wing recipe. I agree--I'd like a category for this.

Asian Wing Sauce
1 c. soy sauce
1 T. sesame oil
1 t. minced ginger
4-5 cloves garlic (minced)
½ t. Sriracha
2 T. brown sugar
½ t. onion powder
Juice of one lime
1 heaping tablespoon corn starch
Mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Next, you’re going to thicken the sauce, and I cheat at this by heating in the microwave in short bursts. Heat for about 1 minute, then stir thoroughly, scraping down the thickened sauce that gathers on the sides. Then continue this process, only for 30 seconds at a time, until the sauce is about the consistency of gravy.
Pour the sauce over your already-prepared wings in a large bowl, and mix them up to get good coverage. This is enough sauce for about 20 wings.
Wing preparation:
Preheat oven to 425, spray cooking spray on a cookie sheet, then spread out the wings on the sheet. Bake the wings for about 30 minutes, then drain the juice. You can continue baking in the oven, but at this point I like to finish them on the grill. They get nice and crispy that way, and that’s the only purpose of grilling because they are already cooked through in the oven.
