There are now 128 FBS teams and 78 teams that go to bowls (61%). If all the teams mentioned above were to win games this weekend and become bowl eligible, it would represent 91% of BYUs opponents, significantly above the expected 61%. On the flip side, if all of those teams lose this weekend and are not bowl eligible, then only 58% of BYU's opponents would be in a bowl this year, somewhat less than expected.
