in all fairness, Mike Leavitt NEVER should have dumped hundreds of millions
of dollars into SUU... IT'S IN CEDAR CITY!!!! Dixie should have been the focus for a state sponsored University. Cedar City is a hole! If you can believe it, it's worse than Logan!
