Hitler's and it turned out that it was a woman's jaw bone. They made a big deal out of it, but I would assume it is just Eva Braun's. More interesting, if I am remembering correctly, was that they tested the DNA from blood stains on a couch the Russians had removed from the bunker and those did not match Hitler's DNA.
