I saw it last night
I'd say it's just okay. There's some moments that are funny. The plot is meh and predictable. The whole love affair between Creed's son and a semi-deaf women who sings weird music was not convincing. They threw in a few old Rocky scenes, which I liked. Also, I didn't buy the fact that Mrs. Huxtable (Phylicia Rashad) was Creed's "mom." Maybe because every time I see her all I can imagine is the Cosby Show. I also thought it was weird that part of the plot is there are bunch of guys in Philadelphia, near the gym where Creed/Johnson works out, who ride dirt bikes and four wheeler all over the streets. Maybe I just don't get Philadelphia culture but Rocky says in the movie that it's something guys do in Philadelphia. That was strange and really didn't help the plot much.

I did, surprisingly, like Stallone's acting in the movie. He was great in the movie. He brought back memories of the old Rocky shows. We even got to hear "Yo (fill in name here) reminisce of "Yo Adrian." I also liked the boxing at the end. I wouldn't rank it amongst one of the best Rocky shows. It's worth watching but I'd give it a 6.5..
