It's just another Democrat wealth transfer from the struggling middle class to the "poor." The wealthy don't care and the poor are just glad to take from others. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you: The modern Democrats!

If they actually were serious about the issue they would just make catastrophic insurance available for the poor. But they are not. Their intent is to damage actual producers...
