I think we have the talent to be a good team. Not a great team but good. I don't know what Rose needs to do or say but other than Emery and Corbin, they all seem to be playing way below their potential. I know the season is early but these guys have played together for quite a while. I think it is mindset. They don't block out like they should, they pass poorly, shots are off, ( who would have thought Fischer would throw up air balls this year) and they play like a bunch of scared high school players. They need to read a few motivational books, spend time on the basics, spend personal time shooting foul shots ( heck, I would think these guys could get their girlfriends to throw them balls) and basically get their darn minds back into playing good basketball. We see predominantly white teams like Wisconsin play well together against more athletic teams and do very well. This to me is a coaching thing. Might be time to bench Fischer. Might be time to let Emery be the point. Might be time to teach Austin how to actually grab a basketball. Might be time to teach the kids how to play physical in blocking out and not get blocked out. Might be time to watch Hoosiers. Might be time to eat Turkey. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
