RE: TV questions.
1) Same price? If so - the Vizio. But my wife doesn't like the way Vizios look, so she'd end up picking the Samsung and then I'd buy a HDMI switch.
2) There's not enough 4K content to make it worth it to me. I'd rather have the bigger screen
