They've also shown the ability to compete at a high level in both basketball and football when they had the resources of a major conference back in the day.

I would like to see them win an NY6 game this year.

Houston's win would provide the ammo to make them palatable for the rest of the conference. They'd add an extra trip to Texas and would start to help the B12 get a foothold in southeast Texas against TAMU.

Then just add BYU and Houston and be done with it.
