Kids are happier not going to Sacrament meeting, so should you let them skip
that too?
You need to take kids places if you want them to learn and grow. You set expectations. If you kids are terrible at places without a play area, then it is more a comment on you than them.
Why do you take them to Church as a Baby? So they can learn how. Same reason you SHOULD take them to BYU games, the movies, nice Places to eat, Or places like Texas Road House too. If they are bad, you take them out and deal with their behavior, but there is no reason you should not take them if you want to go as a family to a restaurant.
