I didn't say all the teams on that list could win out I said IF they did they
would get in ahead of OU
As for the committee not lowering OU, TCU moved up to 3 then got jumped by a bunch of conf champs at the end. I think it will happen again.

I just don't see them reversing the ND jump. The Texas game was already out there and it didn't seem to affect them
