asinine comments we've heard from Bronco from a long list of Broncoism's.

In the Link below, Bronco comments on how college coaching pay is "ridiculous" and goes on to disparage the high pay of coaching salaries.

I can think of two possible explanations for why he'd say this. One, sour grapes over not getting paid as high as the top coaches in college football (which his accomplishments don't remotely warrant anyway) or two, he has lost his marbles and is completely out of touch with reality.

Making this comment is an attempt to remove himself from the bad guy category of high paid college coaches. As if Bronco's pay is kibbles... I've heard on good authority his salary is around $1.5 Mill with several bonus's tied in bringing his total comp to around 2 Mill a year. Hardly a beggars wage. Even if his pay was a measly 1 million dollars per year that hardly puts Bronco in any sort of position to chastise his peers for their 7 figure salary as if he's some nobleman willing to accept next to nothing to show his integrity.

For a guy to make such an odd comment about how wrong it is for a college athletics coach to make high 7 figures you'd think BYU must have twisted his arm and threatened his family in order to force him to accept his 7 figure pay and the life of luxury he's been afforded over the years.

Anyway you skin this cat, Bronco has made more money in a year than many on here will make in 15 years combined. And he's done that 10 times over now. So for anyone that believes "Bronco" is underpaid just remember that Bronco doesn't believe in "high salary" coaching jobs anyway.
