Do you really want to lose guys that support the program?
If people want to stop supporting the team after Bronco put together a 9-3 season after so many key injuries, then they should probably start looking for another hobby. At the beginning of the year, I would have been happy with 9-3 WITH Taysom. Bronco and co have done an awesome job given the circumstances.
