My guess is Michigan State will stay #5
I think you really meant who will be #6, and that is likely Baylor. But Baylor is not likely to make the playoff in case of an upset, likely either Stanford gets it, or possibly another SEC team (if Alabama is the one upset).

Ohio State will probably be #6 and Stanford #7 going into this next week. The Iowa/MSU loser will drop out of the top 5
