Does the PAC 12 award division championships? And if so are they awarding 3?

Does USC and UCLA plan on holding a parade? This is really an embarrassment IMO- as far as I know the PAC-12 awards a spot in the championship game to the division winner, the runners up are nothing more than that.

Isn't Utah Technically co-co-champs of the PAC12 south? They have the same conference record as USC and UCLA.
