IIRC Pittsburgh's kicker has missed a couple of PATs this year already. I don't think they have a ton
of confidence in him and they have been more likely to go for 2 because of that. Couple that with Tomlin's strategy philosophy on PAT v. Going for 2 and they are much more likely to go for 2 on average.
