Anae
I havn't ever been in the fire Bronco camp, though I have been disappointed in some coaching decisions, but I have been firmly in the fire Anae camp since before he left the first time but I saw some potential for positive things moving forward.

Over the years Anae has been quite predictable in play calling. Not quite as bad as his first tenure, and even though when I see Dye come out I always think "there's Dye, time for the Jet Sweep" and 99% of the time I'm right he's shown improvement in play recoginition especially in the red zone; where during his first OC job with us any play within the 7yd line seemed to be about everyone on the line the TE would motion to the opposite end of the line and sweep to that side with what seemed to be at least two of three plays inside the ten. As we are the best in the country and coming away with points in the RZ there is an obvious improvement.

Another promising aspect from the past games is getting the ball to a TE. I know Peck's shift was Bronco's doing and I'd like to see the use of TEs in the future to be more like Pitta and George, but getting the ball to a TE -as few times as it might be- is a miracle and hopefully a sign of things to come.

One more thing I've liked seeing is letting Mangum air it out more, and being less conservative in general. (As a side note I'm very proud of Tanner's improvement of throwing the ball away as compared to taking multiple big hits on sacks). I'm sure letting Mangum Air it out is partially due to his coming along its nice to see the growing trust in Tanner and the receivers.

It was also nice to see they stopped running Nate Carter so much.

In that same breath I wish he would let younger players that might not be as critically needed but show a ton of promise more plays in meaningful big games (like Riley Burt) so they can be more game tested when needed as compared to the "Baptizm by Fire" method. I'm not positive if this is a Bronco or an Anae thing but regardless it needs to change.

I still think change is needed on a coaching front without a doubt. I even still feel Anae really needs to go, but if he's going to stay it was nice to spot these hopefully continuing positive things.
