Assuming Stanford goes to Rose Bowl and Oregon to Alamo. Holiday and foster farms bowl can pick ucla over usc/utah/wsu since they are 1 loss apart. Probably a decent chance usc and ucla get picked for those two bowls. Sun bowl has to follow conference rank, but can choose between ties, so they get either WSU or Utah, Vegas bowl has to take the other one. Here is where conference might push Sun bowl to take Utah to avoid a repeat.
