Its like Basketball Transfers coming in at mid-season

He Transferred last year around 12/14. He already used his redshirt last year so this year was going to be burned whether he played or not. So he becomes eligible after 12/14 like how Jamaal Aytes would have become eligible last December if it were not due to his injury.
