The honest truth is many higher ups at BYU (admin)
want to go to Hawaii. The basketball team will be there and it will be a nice vacation for them and their wives and kill 2 birds with one stone with football and basketball. These old blue hair types are the same connections HB has so it would make sense.
Tom Holmoe has not come out publicly and pushed for BYU in Vegas also speaks volumes when the players and coaches have.
