no way...memphis was a one-hit wonder..their coach just left
maybe cinci but they are so "meh" it would be hard to convince enough other members to add them.
maybe if the oregon OC can revitalize UCF into a power than they go UCF + UH but most of these schools are good every 10-15 years and then suck for a long time.
as much as we hate it, there is staying power in always getting to 7-10 wins.
