I think it would come down to which of the two can pass block better.
Burt is talented. That is apparent to everyone, so the only thing keeping him off the field IMO is his pass blocking ability. If Canada is a better pass blocker, then I think he could see up to 10 carries and maybe a couple of passes thrown his way.

Burt has actually been practicing with the offense and not on the scout team and he barely gets a sniff.
